Return & Refund Policy – Grippelle

Thank you for shopping at Grippelle. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to make our return and refund process as clear and fair as possible. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from www.grippelle.com.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email).
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Items marked as sale, clearance, or final sale are not eligible for return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact us via info@grippelle.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

3. Return Conditions

  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • We may refuse returns if the item shows signs of use or damage.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for items sent in error.
  • If a discount or promo code was used, the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once returns are approved and received.
  • Processing takes approximately 7 working days after inspection.
  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
  • For incorrect or defective items, we will send a replacement at no cost once verified.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Digital/downloadable content
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., socks, underwear) if applicable

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes if a tracking number has not yet been assigned.
  • To cancel, email us at info@grippelle.com with your order number.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

8. Lost or Missing Items

  • We consider a package lost after 20 consecutive days without tracking updates.
  • If an item is missing from your package, send a photo of the packing slip and we’ll resend it after review.
  • Orders marked “delivered” but not received should be monitored for a few extra days. Grippelle is not liable for stolen packages once delivered.

9. Subscription Cancellation (If Applicable)

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Use the cancellation link in your email or log into your account.
