Important information

  • Order cut-off: Orders placed before 15:00 are accepted the same day (Mon–Fri).

  • Processing time: 1–3 working days.

  • Delivery time: 4–6 working days after dispatch.

  • Shipping costs: Free within the United Kingdom.

Service area

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available).

Delivery

Standard UK delivery typically takes 4–6 working days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays, peak seasons).

Tracking

Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.

Address changes & delivery issues

Please contact info@grippelle.com immediately if you need to update your address before dispatch. If a delivery is refused or unclaimed and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply) or a refund according to our Returns Policy.

Damaged or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging/product. We’ll work quickly to resolve it.

Pre-orders & out-of-stock

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, the estimated dispatch window will be shown on the product page or at checkout.
