Important information
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.
- Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after we receive your return.
- There are no replacement/restocking costs.
- The cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.
Return process
You have 30 days from the delivery date to initiate your return.
Returned items must be in their original condition:
- Unused and unworn
- Undamaged
- With all tags still attached
- In the original packaging
Once you contact us, our customer service team will provide you with the return address and instructions.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely, as the customer is responsible for the package until it is received.
Please note: Return shipping costs are not refundable and must be covered by the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
Refunds are processed within up to 14 days after inspection and will be issued using the same payment method you used for your order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@grippelle.com.
Make sure you reach out before your order is processed so that we can accommodate your request.
Defective or damaged items
If your package arrives with damaged or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@grippelle.com.
Please include:
- Photos of the item and packaging
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the problem, either with a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it following the above process and place a new order.
Important return conditions
- You will receive a special code and return form from our customer service representative. These must be included inside your package when returning the item.
- If a package is returned without our approval and without the required code and form, we cannot process your refund.
